Clinical Pilates
It is a company whose main objective is to provide everyone, whatever their age and location, who wants and/or needs, the possibility to practice Clinical Pilates without having to leave the comfort and security of your home.
The word "Clinical" means that the exercises proposed by the expert technician are based on a detailed clinical evaluation of the user (in person) to assess their needs and capabilities. This method allows the results to be seen right from the beginning of the program, because the movements will be done in a correct and balanced way, under the supervision of the physical therapist, and will not suffer from the results of many hours in the gym.
Josef Pilates (creator of the method) says:
"With 10 sessions you will notice the difference, with 20 sessions others will notice and with 30 sessions you will have a new body."
We have been working on this method for 15 years, with physical therapy professionals, qualified with these techniques and all the disciplines that derive from it, and for 5 years we have had an office open in Maia with the name of INSPIRA.
This experience and the results obtained lead us to believe that it is possible to recover and prevent the loss of movement, balance, and flexibility through the regular and continuous practice of Clinical Pilates exercises through personalized monitoring by a specialized physical therapist.
The Alongga online platform allows specialized technicians and users to get in touch, providing quick and safe access to the practice of Clinical Pilates exercise through programs of various modalities, according to your wishes and the advice of the technical advisor (1, 2 or more x/week). By having a specialized technician who knows your physical condition and your needs, you now have the possibility of maintaining your physical and mental health in the comfort of your own home, through face-to-face or online sessions as you wish. This platform will also allow users who need home physiotherapy sessions (all specialties), osteopathy, among others, to be connected with technicians available in their home area, allowing greater proximity between user and technician.
Is Alongga only geared towards the practice of Clinical Pilates?
No! This platform will also allow to put in contact users who need home physiotherapy sessions (all specialties), osteopathy, among others.
Alongga has specialized technicians in their home area, which allows a greater proximity between the user and the technician.
