The word \"Clinical\" means that the exercises proposed by the expert technician are based on a detailed clinical evaluation of the user (in person) to assess their needs and capabilities. This method allows the results to be seen right from the beginning of the program, because the movements will be done in a correct and balanced way, under the supervision of the physical therapist, and will not suffer from the results of many hours in the gym...

We have been working on this method for 15 years, with physical therapy professionals, qualified with these techniques and all the disciplines that derive from it, and for 5 years we have had an office open in Maia with the name of INSPIRA<\/a>.<\/p>\n

This experience and the results obtained lead us to believe that it is possible to recover and prevent the loss of movement, balance, and flexibility through the regular and continuous practice of Clinical Pilates exercises through personalized monitoring by a specialized physical therapist.<\/p>\n
